To whom it may concern:

        Hi!  My name is Deon Tumblin and I am a newer arrival here on Texas's death machine.  I have been here since the month of February 2001.  I am self conscious of my situation and would like to pursue all and any sources that would eventually help me in my given situation.

        If you are not already in the know, the judicial system in the State of Texas have passed new laws to quicken the appeal process.  Even though the courts are aware that this violates our constitutional rights; this bill is still in effect.  Due to these new rules and regulations, many steps have been eliminated making it harder for people to prove their innocence.  By doing this, my life expectancy varies from 3 to 5 years tops!  Do know I understand that some people may feel uncomfortable responding to someone in my given situation; however, hopefully this will fall into the hands of someone who will contribute to my regaining my rights and life which was so savagly taken away from me.

        Let me tell you a few things about myself.  I am a father of two beautiful boys.   They really are my motivation within these walls.  I am from a small country town called Texarkana, Arkansas.  My hobbies are working on old houses and working on cars.  I love animals and greenery; the life of nature really gets me going!  Fishing, music and board games are enjoyable also.  I love to cook but eating is one of my favourite past times (smile)!  I am 24 years of age.  My birthday is December 5th, 1976.  I am 5' 9" and weigh in at 200 lbs ( like I said, eating is my favorite past time [smile])!

        I do not consider myself same as the people down here on the "row".  I still have many high expectations.  I would love to correspond with a person that I may be able to gain ideas and thoughts from, anything is possible for i like to be in touch with life in general!  I would grealy appreciate your help along this horrid journey.  Do know that I am not a man of great arrogance and my heart is open to anyone who responds.
